OUNCE WATER, one of the fastest growing premium bottled water brands, is seeking Outside Sales Representatives for New York City and New Jersey. We are seeking sales reps who are self-motivated, energetic, outgoing and have a positive attitude.  Previous sales experience is required. A sales background in the food or beverage industry is highly encouraged.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Develop and maintain effective relationships with customers, retailers and local distributor(s).
• Promote the good will of the brand.
• Oversee and execute successful sale, distribution and placement of entire line of OUNCE WATER®.
• Build in-store displays and maintain accounts with POS materials.
• Conduct in-store promotions/ demonstrations in accounts when required.
• Participate in outside promotional events when required.
• Develop new accounts and new placements.
• Execute days “in the trade” visiting accounts alongside distributor representatives or solo to sell new accounts, gather feedback about product and troubleshoot any issues.
• Monitor distributor(s) inventory for proper levels.

ESSENTIAL JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be highly organized, have attention to detail and good time management ability.
• Must have business acumen and keen negotiating skills.
• An entrepreneurial drive and proven 1-3 years field sales experience.
• High level of professionalism.
• Positive, can-do, whatever it takes to get the job done attitude.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; combination of education/ experience will be considered.
• Maintain internal sales database.
• Meet monthly and yearly sales goals.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Valid and clean driver’s license.
• Have efficient transportation.

CRITICAL PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

• Walking and climbing stairs.
• Ability to lift 30+ pounds.
• Signature dance move.

PREFERENCE GIVEN TO CANDIDATES WHO:

• Speak other language(s) in addition to English.
• Have access to car.
• Have beverage sales experience.

$75,000+ salary potential through Base + Commission Pay Structure
